The Utopia region of Australia is the home to many Aborginals covering over 3500 sq.km in the vicinity of the Sandover River. The name Utopia means "Big Sand Hill". Utopia consists of many small and larger communities, with very few schools, grocery stores etc in the remote areas. Alice Springs, the nearest town, is the best place for one-stop shopping.
